My mission

I can remember the exact moment when I realized that yoga has quietly transformed my life. Yoga unfailingly comes to the rescue during times of injury and stress, bringing comfort, joy and balance. Since then, I strive to share my love of yoga by making it accessible to all.

My Training

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Canadian Yoga Alliance at E-RYT 500 level
having completed my 200 hr teacher training at Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, India and my 300 hr training at Yoga Darshanam, Mysore, India.

My other certifications include:

My Classes

My Hatha, Hatha Flow and Vinyasa classes are friendly and adaptable to all levels. Aside from asanas (postures), I emphasize the importance of breath, sounds, mudras (hand gestures) and meditation to bring relaxation to the body and focus in the mind.

I also offer special classes or workshops on pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga nidra (yogic sleep), therapeutic yoga, yoga for anxiety, restorative yoga with thai massage and yoga & ayurveda.
